A former collegiate player at Paul Smith College, Shane is a USA Basketball Youth Development Certified Coach and Jr. NBA Certified Trainer & Coach. As Director of Player Development, he specializes in helping athletes improve their skills, confidence, and basketball IQ through structured, game-focused training. Shane is passionate about creating a positive learning environment that challenges athletes to grow and reach their full potential.
