James Parks

Coach James Parks, an Air Force Veteran, has dedicated more than 16 years to coaching, leadership, and player development. Entering his third season as Associate Head Coach at Bucks County Community College, he also serves as a Director of Nike Basketball and leads Black Viking Academy 2027, a premier AAU program in Newtown, PA. Beyond his local impact, Coach James travels internationally with MVP360 Sports, running camps for military youth and using basketball as a bridge to teach discipline, confidence, and cultural connection.

His training philosophy centers on the belief that “The greatest untapped resource on earth is human potential.” With experience developing athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels, Coach James challenges players to unlock their abilities through game-speed development, decision-making, and mental toughness.

At Hustle Hoops, athletes can expect an environment full of energy, detail, and accountability. Each session pushes players to read defenses, react under pressure, and execute with purpose—habits that translate directly to live competition. Beyond skills, Coach James emphasizes leadership and character, shaping athletes to succeed on the court and in life.
