Timothy “Tim” Jarmon serves as the Director of Girls Programming, bringing a deep passion for basketball development and a strong commitment to mentoring female athletes on and off the court.

Coach Tim is an integral part of the William Tennent High School JV/Varsity basketball program and an active leader within Warminster Youth Basketball. With a lifelong connection to the game, he is known for his ability to build confident, disciplined, and high-character players at every stage of development.

As a former competitive player, Coach Tim brings firsthand experience, a team-first mentality, and a strong understanding of what it takes to grow within the game. His coaching philosophy emphasizes basketball IQ, skill development, accountability, and mental toughness — helping athletes develop not just as players, but as leaders.

Coach Tim is especially passionate about creating positive, structured environments for girls basketball, where athletes feel challenged, supported, and empowered. His approach blends fundamentals, confidence-building, and a “next-play” mindset that prepares athletes for long-term success.

Whether working with youth players or high-school athletes, Coach Tim’s mission is clear: to elevate the girls program, develop complete athletes, and help players carry lessons from the court into every area of their lives.
